Our staff members undergo comprehensive in-house and on-the-job training, bolstered by the expertise of several support workers holding diplomas in Community Services and diverse degrees within the industry. At BRB, we prioritise the individual journey ensuring that our tailored approach is finely tuned to guide them towards achieving their goals.
Welcome to the BRB Hub
The BRB Hub is a welcoming, inclusive space designed to support individuals with mental health and disability needs through a wide range of capacity-building and social activities. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, our drop-in service means no booking is required—just come as you are. This creates a reliable, safe environment where participants can feel supported and connected every day.
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for 1:1 skill-building sessions and group cooking activities, helping individuals build confidence and independence. The Hub also features a range of engaging spaces including a game station, arts and crafts area, music and entertainment zone, pool table, and a quiet room for those who need time to recharge.

BRB has over 10 cars on the road, ensuring participants always feel supported and connected to their community. Our two vans are ideal for group outings and community activities, helping everyone stay involved and engaged.
While many of our support workers use their own vehicles, we conduct full checks to ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, appropriately insured, and suitable for participant transport. Safety, comfort, and peace of mind are always a top priority.
